Founder

Founder’s Vision & Work

Dr. A. K. Kundra has dedicated his life to supporting children and adults on the autism spectrum. His work is rooted in the belief that autism is not a disorder, but a different way of being—and that individuals can live fulfilling, independent lives when supported by the right ecosystem.

Dr. Kundra’s vision was shaped early in his career as a teacher. Close exposure to autistic children—along with learning from global best practices—highlighted a critical gap: families needed long-term, humane, and sustainable solutions, especially for adulthood and lifelong care.
