“Ausum” Cafe / Store
“Ausum” is part of the vocational training and rehabilitation effort at Autism Ashram, led by Dr. A. K. Kundra. It provides supported work opportunities where autistic adults can participate in structured, guided and meaningful activity.
What it is
- A supported work project where autistic adults are employed
- Includes a “Tiffin & Chai Center” offering food and drinks
- Work is designed with guidance, structure and dignity
Purpose
- Vocational training that builds real-world skills
- Fosters routine, responsibility and confidence
- Supports financial independence within the community
